The Donald Trump administration in the USA recently illegally deported Kilmar Abrego Garcia from the United States on March 15, 2025, in what the Trump administration called “an administrative error”.

He was imprisoned without trial in the Salvadoran maximum security Terrorism Confinement Center, despite never having been charged with nor convicted of a crime in either country, under the countries’ agreement to imprison U.S. deportees there for payment.

On April 10, 2025, the Supreme Court of the United States unanimously ruled that Abrego Garcia’s removal to El Salvador was illegal. The Court rejected the administration’s defense, which claimed it lacked the legal authority to exercise jurisdiction over El Salvador and secure his return. Justice Sotomayor noted that this argument implied the government “could deport and incarcerate any person, including U.S. citizens, without legal consequence, so long as it does so before a court can intervene.”

US President Donald Trump has acknowledged he does have the ability to bring back a man who was mistakenly deported to El Salvador, but that he will not do so.

Is Kilmar Abrego Garcia Dead?

If the President of the United States of America could bring back Kilmar Abrego Garcia after wrongly deporting him, why won’t he do it?

The obvious question is, “is the USA sending deportees to a death camp?” and “is Kilmar Abrego Garcia Dead?’ because that then make sense of Donald Trumps reluctance to bring him back because that would reveal he murdered an innocent man.
