• Customer Experience of three versions England, Wales, Northern Ireland including Welsh version of census form, redesign of mental model and key interactions into an auto fill experience from previous pages.
• Service Design for all 60 service groups.
• Technical Architecture for SLA Definition 1 second page loads for 60,000 users with graceful deferral in cases of overload and Server Array Definition. Active session defined based upon the key target “people who do not fill out the census” and persona of key audience men 18 to 25.
