- Implementation Strategy (Risk management for Opps) for Credit card migration project
- Customer Experience for transaction pathways in insurance onboarding, heuristic evaluation and redesign proposals.
- MI Reporting cross product (on boarding, cards, savings & loans) information architecture and UI design for new golden source (security, migration, transaction, 3d secure, behavior, drop out, payments, risk etc.) system. Managing x-browser and os testing with in-house local and Indian based test teams.
- Project Manager for CSSO upgrade for non flash and mobile banking, including portal changes, user journeys at scope and experience level. Definition of KPI’s for user acceptance and managing user, usability and accessibility testing with external suppliers.
- Innovation and Future Proofing for cross browser, operating system and mobile device testing definition (including iOS, Win8, Android).
- Service Design for new BAU processes for strategic change management.
Activities; PMO working for Digital Operations with internal IT and external (TSYS, Fiserv) suppliers on several projects the role involves definition: writing project TOR’s, business cases, costing’s (internal and external), requirements gathering and cross business stakeholder management.
