Following on from Karl Smith’s a short guide to Agile Transformation he plans to release another short guide book in 2022 called a short guide to Customer Experience.

This new book will show Customer Experience in an end to end process to support strategy and planning for existing products and services and to launch new ones. This book can be applied to any business or idea as the steps shown provide the context and insights that will deliver products and services that people will understand and want to buy.
