Effective from Saturday the 5th of March 2022 I resigned from the Huawei KOL Program, due to both China’s and Huawei lack of a statement on the war in the Ukraine and Russia’s targeting of civilians in their unjustifiable war. Key Opinion Leadership (KOL) holds a moral responsibility also.

I have wished Huawei every success as they really are a fantastical organisation with invention and engineering vision far superior to other telco and future tech companies.

For me it is a matter of conscience as inaction is also an action there is no grey area in the death of unarmed people and children, in a war for land and resources no different from Adolf Hitler’s wars.

First they came for the socialists, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a socialist.

Then they came for the trade unionists, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a trade unionist.

Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Jew.

Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.
